The Monster Contract system has been completely overhauled! Track down dangerous creatures from across Sosaria, including monsters found within seasonal dungeons, and earn a variety of new and returning rewards. Trade a monster statuette to Heracles near West Britain Bank to receive a contract, complete the hunt, and claim your prize!

Obtaining a Monster Contract

Heracles can be found near West Britain Bank, standing alongside the Gold Sink vendors. To obtain a Monster Contract, simply double click Heracles and target a Monster Statuette in your backpack. In exchange for the statuette, Heracles will issue you a random contract, assigning you a monster to hunt. Complete the required kills, then return the finished contract to Heracles to receive your reward.

How Monster Contracts Work

Each Monster Contract is assigned a point value based on the difficulty of the creature you’re tasked with hunting. Every monster you defeat contributes points toward your contract’s total value.

More challenging contracts will naturally be worth more points than easier ones.

Once a contract is completed, its total point value determines what rewards are obtainable. Higher point contracts unlock access to increasingly valuable rewards, giving you a greater incentive to take on the toughest hunts.

If you check “additional details” on your contract, you can see what rewards will be possible if you finish out the contract.

Rewards
To keep Monster Contracts fresh and exciting, the reward pool will evolve over time. New rewards may be introduced, while others may be retired.

Among some of the items you can get are random crumbling or flawed relic fragments, a portal focus fragment, or a crystal fragment.
