Ageless houses in Ultima Online Forever are permanent special properties that never decay or collapse over time, unlike standard player-built houses which go through decay stages and fall into In Danger Of Collapsing (IDOC) status.

Key Features

No Decay: Unlike regular homes that require refreshing via signs, doors, or teleporters every 4 weeks, ageless houses remain intact permanently.
Plot Size: Ageless properties feature large 30x30 plots and some are available with two 30x30 plots.
Most ageless properties are located off the main world map (sort of like its own instance) but some special raffle ones (or very old ones) can be found in locations on the map.
For ageless houses off the main map, owners can make a request to staff to have an entrance placed on the main map in a location of their choosing, provided it is not located too close to a town or dungeon.
Trading and Demolition Rules:
- Most ageless/event/island properties are non-tradable and non-demolishable (tied directly to accounts or raffles), while others (like specific mountain or world-placed variants) can be traded.
- They cannot be freely torn down for a standard plot-cost refund the way custom houses can.
Upgrades & Amenities: Higher-tier ageless plots support outdoor lockdown upgrades, special vendor/stable additions, or multi-plot configurations through the Ultima Online Forever Shop or special in-game raffles.
