Strength is the most vital of the statistics: determining how many hit points your character has as well as how many stones your character may carry.

Max Hit Points is determined by this formula:

(Strength/2) + 50

Amount of stones your character may carry without losing stamina is determined by this formula:

40+(Strength*3.5)
