Exceptional weapons can be crafted via Blacksmithing.

Ruin, Might, Force, Power, & Vaniqu modified weapons can be crafted using a Runic Hammer and also be found as loot on monsters.

Additional Damage Modifiers for Melee ("Accurate")

Surpassingly Accurate	+10	Tactics
Eminently Accurately	+15	Tactics
Exceedingly Accurate	+20	Tactics
Supremely Accurate	+25	Tactics

Contrary to the name, Melee weapons designated with an "Accurate" modifier actually increase Tactics of a weapon which increases the damage output.

Archery is the only weapon which has modifiers to improve accuracy. Accuracy modifiers for bows increase your Archery skill which increases accuracy.

Weapon Durability

Durability for weapons can be increased with Modifiers and Ores.

Runic Weapons
