Exceptional weapons are a modified through crafting via Blacksmithing and Runic crafting using a Runic Hammer

Ruin-Vanquishing modifiers are found as loot on monsters.

"Accuracy" Modifier

Supremely Accurate	+25	Tactics

Contrary to the name, Melee weapons designated with an "Accuracy" modifier actually increase Tactics of a weapon which increases the damage output.

Archery is the only weapon which has modifiers to improve accuracy. Accuracy modifiers for bows increase your Archery skill which increases accuracy.

Weapon Durability

Durability for weapons can be increased with Modifiers and Ores.

Runic Weapons
