Description
Hit Points or "Health" are is the amount of damage a player can sustain, it is one of the three stats along with Mana and Stamina. Hit Points is determined by the level of Strength which translate into your characters total Hit Points. Hit Points are depleted when your character takes damage.
Raising Hit points
A character's Hit Points can be increased by increasing Strength. In addition to increasing the amount of strength a character has, The potion Strength, Magery spell Strength, and certain magical foods such as rare fish, temporarily increase hit points in addition to the stat strength.
Regneration
All creatures, NPCs and player characters have a natural rate of hit point regeneration, whereby lost hit points are slowly regained or can be healed with spells or Bandages.
