| =Using the Deed=
| |
| In order to use the deed you must be in a home that you are co-owned, bi-owned, or are the owner of the home. When you double click the deed in a valid home with a valid character you will receive the message:

| You can continue to use these Butlers Increase Deeds until you reach a maximum of 10 where you will receive this message:
