We've put together a list of helpful resources and solutions to common problems our streamers often deal with.
One of the most common and most difficult issues to tweak and master is your audio settings. Here are a few tips to help get you sounding great!
Most common issue is audio levels are too quiet - make sure your microphone volume is pulled to the max (0.0dB)
This tutorial is for StreamLabs OBS. If you find your microphone or voice levels are being overpowered or are not loud enough try adding a gain filter to your microphone input.
In the Mixer column, click the gear icon next to your microphone source.
Click on "filters" from the drop down
A dialogue box will appear. Click "+" button near the top left to add a filter
From the drop down add a gain filter to increase the volume of the microphone
You can control with this toggle so the level you desire and then you are done!
The key to good audio is test test test. Record, playback and adjust. Balancing your audio will always be an ongoing test as things on your computer update and change. Keep an eye on your audio bars in your Mixer channel each time you launch your stream to make sure it's consistent.
It's helpful for your channel to have setup commands for users to access handy information. Below you'll find commands specific to Ultima Online Forever streamers.
