Cave & Island House Purchase
Basic Cave House
A basic cave house is a starter instanced home. You may pick where your entrance goes in the world within reason (Not too close to towns, inside dungeons etc.) There are only two cave styles available and you cannot lock down items on the outside of your 30×30 plot. You may however, purchase addons like stable masters, ankhs, etc. You have two basic cave layouts to choose from, Garden or Dungeon.
Basic Cave Upgrade to Island
This option is for those who already have a cave house, but want to migrate and upgrade to a basic island.
Basic Island House
The Basic Island is a one-up from the Cave. You may pick where your entrance goes in the world within reason (Not too close to towns, inside dungeons etc.) There is only one basic island design. You will need the upgraded island from here for more designs and or lockdowns.
No Lockdowns Island Upgrade
If you have a basic Island and want one of the newer ones from the video below but don’t want to have lockdowns outside of your plot, then this is for you. Don’t worry, if you want to upgrade later, you can!
Lockdowns Island Upgrade
This upgrade will allow you to lock down and secure items everywhere around your entire island. This with our large addons in our furniture emporium enables you to customize your entire island as much as you wish!
Island Theme Swap.
This option will let you swap to another theme for your island. You may want Buccaneer’s Isle in the summer and Winter Retreat in the winter. The choice is yours!
Double Plot Island Upgrade
Once you have a fully upgraded island with lockdowns you may upgrade to a double 30×30 plot island. We will migrate your current island house (single 30×30 built house and contents only) to the new double island of your choice. You will then have access to an additional 30×30 plot house right next door with additional lock downs and secures to ensure you can decorate your new piece of land the way you see fit.
You must have a Tier 3 Upgraded Island with Lockdowns to purchase this upgrade.

- Cave and Island purchases come with a 30×30 Ageless plot and your choice of where the entry goes.
- NO Lockdowns Island Upgrades CANNOT have items locked down outside of your 30×30 plot.
- Lockdowns Island Upgrade come with ability to lock down items and addons OUTSIDE of your 30×30 plot.
- Test Islands can be viewed in-game inside the donation addon area.
- With the Island upgrade purchase, you are able to choose a new design from the video above.
- Cave & Islands cannot be sold, traded or demolished.

Double Cave & Island Houses - COMING SOON
- YOU MUST HAVE A TIER 3 ISLAND WITH LOCKDOWNS BEFORE UPGRADING TO TIER 4.
- All Double Island upgrades include and expand the outside lockdown/secure area.
- You will be responsible for packing up all lock downs and secures outside of your current island prior to your new land migration.
- House designs in previews are not included but are available.
- Double Cave and Island purchases come with ONE additional 30×30 Ageless plot. Your current Island plot will be migrated right next to your new plot within the double island of your choice.
- Test Islands can be viewed in-game inside the donation addon area.
- All Single and Double Cave & Islands cannot be sold, traded or demolished but you may have more than one Island or Cave.
