Included with the island is two pre-built and decorated 30x30s. The winner can choose to have empty plots instead if they wish to build their own houses.

The Sanguine Estate

The first estate upon the island is a looming dark castle.

A small crypt clings to its side, with several people enjoying their eternal slumber.

Step inside the grand foyer, where a towering two-story gargoyle-pillared fireplace crackles to life, illuminating two skeleton companions who’ve made themselves quite at home.

Ascend to the second floor to find the Master Vampire’s Chamber, complete with an open coffin. Master must be out hunting for blood.

Upstairs lies the Spawn’s Room, where two closed coffins suggest the young ones are still slumbering… for now.

Venture to the rooftop, where fiery red and orange pavers blaze beneath your feet. At the heart of it all rests a rooftop crypt and graveyard.

Bloodstone Manor

The second estate is a dark stone manor, grimly elegant with a private cemetery. On the grounds stands an open mausoleum housing a single stone coffin.

Step inside and you’ll find a lavish dining hall set for an eternal feast. The tall gothic fireplace crackles softly, and you may find yourself wondering what—or who—might be on tonight’s menu.

Just beyond the dining area rest two stone sarcophagi; the residents here clearly prefer to keep their dearly departed within arm’s reach.

Climb the stairs to the second floor, where you can peer down upon the dining table below. Two wooden coffins sit at the landing, each home to a resting vampire.

South of them lies a charming sitting area, perfect for sipping a bit of blood tea and discussing the latest midnight gossip.

Ascend once more to the third floor to discover another vampire spawn chamber, with two more slumbering vamps nestled in closed coffins.

Through an archway lies an outdoor balcony overlooking the crypts and graves below, a hauntingly peaceful view for creatures of the night.

At the rear balcony, a staircase of blood-red pavers leads to the rooftop, where dark gothic tiles glisten under the moonlight.

To the east, a wading pool filled with blood offers a… refreshing dip. The raised stone center of the roof provides a perfect perch for baying at the full moon—or simply admiring your domain of eternal dusk.
