Introducing the new BARD Talisman:

Lute of Lost Harmonies

The Lute of Lost Harmonies is one of two new Talisman’s that will be released throughout the Buccaneer’s Den: No Safe Harbor event which begins on November 2nd, 2025.

This Talisman features two Passive Relics and four Active Relics which are listed below.

Lute of Lost Harmonies Overview

Talisman Passive Effect

• Allows the user to launch a ranged musical note attack.
• On hit, the target is afflicted with Resonant Vulnerability.
• While affected, the target takes increased damage from the bard.
• Duration and potency scale with talisman level.

Active Relics

1. Cacophony Burst

• An explosive AoE silence.
• After a 1s delay, the bard lets out a discordant blast.
• Silences enemies in a 5-tile radius for 1.5s.
• Ticks once per second, equal to the relic level.

2. Harmonic Melody

• A radiant healing aura.
• Heals all friendly players in range for 2 Relic Level HP.
• Ticks once per second, equal to the relic level.

3. Soul Chorus

• A meditative pulse of mana.
• Restores 2 Relic Level mana per tick to nearby allies.
• Ticks once per second, equal to the relic level.

4. Violent Crescendo

• A chaotic offensive rhythm.
• Every second, hits 1 enemy in range and splashes to enemies nearby.
• Damage scales with level (4 level to primary, 2 level to others).
• Ticks once per second for relic level duration.

Passive Relics

1. Ember Echoes

• Occasionally triggers a fiery AoE around the bard on auto attack.
• Deals fire damage to enemies in a 3-tile radius.
• Damage and proc chance scale with relic level.
• Visual flame burst + XP gain on hit.

2. Rage of the Crowd

• Empowers damage against provoked enemies.
• Targets under Provoke take bonus damage.
• Bonus scales from ~13% to 37% depending on relic level.
• Always-on passive buff; no activation required.

• Synergy: Strong in group PvM and support roles
