Storage & Quality-of-Life Improvements

- Added new house storage options for relics and champion skulls.
- These storage systems provide centralized, organized management without changing existing gameplay balance.
- Designed primarily as long-term convenience and collection tools.

Necro Talisman

- Introduced a new necromancy system centered around binding the souls of defeated creatures.
- Players may capture and store souls for later use through a necromantic talisman.
- Souls are permanently bound to the player and cannot be traded.
- A dedicated management interface allows players to review and permanently destroy stored souls.

Crafter Talisman / Empowerment

- Added a new Empower Charge Deed used to expand empowered charges on compatible relics and abilities.
Crafting – Empower Charge Deed
- Crafted via Inscription.
- Inscription skill requirement: 100.0
- Requires a special Inscription recipe.
- Materials required:
- 2 Skill Scrolls (Any two)
- 40 Blank Scrolls
Crafting – Necromantic Soul Shards
- Crafted via Tinkering.
- Requires a special crafting recipe.
- Skill requirements:
- Tinkering: 90.0
- Magery: 90.0
- Requires Lich Dust as a core crafting component.
- Soul Shards are initially created empty.

Soul Binding Rules
- Empty Soul Shards may be used on eligible corpses to bind their soul.
- The creature must:
- Have been killed by the player
- Not be bonded or controlled
- Not already have its soul drained
- Once bound, the soul is permanently stored within the shard.
