Available now are player vendor contracts that you may obtain through Nadine The Exotic Item Donation Vendor by the West Britain Bank.

These are new updated player vendors that can be placed for very little daily gold within your house or vendor mall. You are also welcome to set any price you wish without that vendor cost going up.
The only time you will be charged a fee is if/when you sell an item which it will then take 5% of the sold amount.

For example: if you have an item listed for 100,000 gold and sell it, you will be charged 5% of that 100,000 which is 5,000 gold leaving you with 95,000 gold from that sale. No other major costs will be associated with it.

Place your vendor wisely! If the vendor is removed once placed you will lose the deed totally so place wisely! When you double click the vendor deed it will place that vendor on the tile you are standing on.
